ZapCode and ZapBill are designed to integrate smoothly into your office workflow.

You can use most popular desktop appointment scheduling programs to load appointments into your Palm Datebook. As you see each patient, ZapCode and ZapBill pick up this patient information from the Datebook or you can enter it directly.

You use ZapCode to determine the proper HCFA E&M billing code.

ZapBill charge capture allows you to enter procedure codes and diagnosis codes from comprehensive libraries. These libraries are indexed and searchable. ZapBill also has "QuickPick" lists for your most commonly used codes for rapid entry.

You can communicate the information you've collected by direct IR printing, HotSync to the desktop, or e-mailing. (IR printing and e-mail require additional software).
